4. Quality control
From the IQC for raw material to IPQC during whole machining process, FQC for the parts 100%, OQC, the last quality control before sending out to the customers. Whole procedure is strictly inspected and controlled.
The imported Zeiss, Hexagon CMM and other high precise inspection equipment ensure the accurate of our inspection. We do 100% inspection for our parts. Our target for product percent of pass is 99.5%, we do quality data analysis every week.
