Take the basic process of a mechanical product production as an example to illustrate a common machining process, for example, a non-standard bolt needs to be processed:
1. Material selection, selection of forged bars, this process involves forging technology, generally completed in steel mills;

4. Mechanical processing, turning the outer diameter to the relevant size, threading or threading with a die set (the thread is a fitter) or grinding thread, milling the hexagonal end or cutting the hexagonal end with wire cutting, and the fitter deburring;
5. Final heat treatment, quenching to improve the surface hardness or surface coating to improve the mechanical properties of the material surface;
6. Inspection, inspect the relevant dimensions, surface quality and internal organization, and find out whether there are defects in the product;
7. Qualified products, qualified products go through relevant procedures such as warehousing.
